Registered travelers agree to make payments to GrandTours as set forth in the published payment schedule. Payments may be made by personal check, money order, bill-pay service or by debit/credit card. GrandTours does not accept cash payments. If paying by debit/credit card, a non-refundable 3% fee will be applied to all transactions at the time they are submitted. Payment by check is your best value. Tour pricing is based on foreign currency exchange rates that are expected to be in effect at the time of the tour. If they should increase significantly, your tour price may be adjusted accordingly. The final payment is due approximately 60 days prior to departure on our tours.
- 120 or more days prior to departure = Full refund of deposits/payments
- 119 to 90 days prior = $500 cancellation fee (tour deposit)
- 89 to 60 days prior = $1,000 cancellation fee
- 59 to 30 days prior = $1,500 cancellation fee
